We deliver products Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are included in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. For orders over $50.00 (AUD) shipping is free. We endeavor to have orders dispatched within 1 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and shipping method selected. If the product ordered is out of stock, BioRevive will contact the customer within 1 business days.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 12th September 2012. Product prices may be updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

Customer Service Policy

Substance Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

  1. What information does Nageze collect about you?

If you are a healthcare professional:

  • Your name, profession, business address and other contact information
  • Any comments or suggestions you have regarding our products
  • Details gathered during calls made by our sales representatives to you to ensure we provide you with a personalised service

If you are an individual consumer:

  • Your name and contact details, and
  • Any personal information you provide to us which is relevant to your query or complaint. This may include health information you expressly consent to provide us

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for the activities listed in Section 3 below. We will usually collect your personal information directly from you, unless it is not reasonable or practical to do so, or you have consented to us obtaining the information from someone else.

We use your personal information to:

  • Efficiently administer and manage the products and/or services we provide to you
  • Provide you with information about other products and/or services that may be of benefit to you

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with any individuals or businesses beyond those listed above.

Nageze uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Nageze only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping and health education seeking experience by displaying information and products that interest, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable user experience.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Your information is stored securely whether in an electronic or physical form. For example, only staff needing access to the information are allowed access.
